Unilever Sri Lanka and Unilever Careers visited NIBM School of Business to conduct special Career Guidance Sessions for learning partners who start Industrial Training next semester.
The workshop consisted of series of segments. Unilever Leadership Kathabaha segment was conducted to make students aware of career competencies required in leadership level which featured corporate leaders or Unilever. Special Brand segments on Vaseline and Ponds were conducted as part of the workshop to make students aware of brand related strategies and marketing trends. Series of career clinics were conducted to interview over 120 students to give personal career consultation and CV adjustments.
Learning partners of HDBM 23.1 and 23.2 coordinated the event. We thank Unilever Sri Lanka for visiting the NIBM School of Business.
