The Psychology Society of NIC recently held our CSR project ‘Prana’ which was aimed at providing urgent supplies and other dry rations to two care facilities. Namely ‘Anandapura’ home for disabled adults and ‘St. Anne’s’ children’s home in Katana. The generosity of NIC lecturers and staff, NIC students and well wishers made it possible to donate several months worth of medicine for both homes, two wheelchairs, a rollator, dry rations, cleaning products, food and other essentials to these homes. The students spent half a day each at both the locations, singling, dancing talking and bonding with the people at both homes and spent a day putting smiles on their faces.
