The primary goal of certification of persons is to improve the capabilities and potentials of managerial categories employed in the country and worldwide and produce leading managers to the industry, certified against ISO/IEC 17024 accreditation criteria.
While developing effective performance standards for those who work in the managerial positions and serving as an authoritative industry resource of relevant information, NIBM conducts fair, valid, and reliable assessment of knowledge and skills, thorough to enhance employee efficiency and effectiveness and give due recognition to the professional skills required for managerial positions.
Certifications will be offered in three levels under each categories;
Level III Business/Finance/HR/ Marketing Manager
To be eligible for certification for Level III Certified Manager category, a candidate shall fulfil the following pre-requisites.
Qualification Criteria:
Level II Business/Finance/HR/ Marketing Manager
To be eligible for certification for Level II Certified Manager category, a candidate shall fulfill the following pre-requisites.
Note: The number of years of total work experience may be reduced by one year if the candidate has completed a post graduate qualification in Business/Finance/HR/ Marketing management.
Level I Business/Finance/HR/ Marketing Manager
To be eligible for certification for Level I Certified Manager category, a candidate shall fulfil the following pre-requisites.
Qualification Criteria
and gained 30 hours of training in the topics related to Business/Finance/HR/ Marketing management during the last three (03) years conducted by a recognized professional organization
Processing fee is 1,000 per application
Annual Subscription for level III – 7,500, level II – 8,500 and level I – 10,000
