Welcoming Dr. Gunathilake Tantirigama as the new Chairman of NIBM
We are delighted to welcome Dr. Gunathilake Tantirigama as the new Chairman of NIBM. A distinguished academic and practitioner, Dr. Tantirigama brings with him a wealth of international experience spanning academia, research, and consultancy. His illustrious career includes senior academic roles in government, semi-government, and private universities, extensive research contributions presented at international conferences, and postgraduate research supervision. Dr. Tantirigama has also held esteemed administrative positions such as Head of Department and Dean of Faculty, while offering consultancy services to renowned organizations including WHO, WTO, UNDP, World Bank, USAID, and NZAID.
Dr.Gunathilake Tantirigama assumes duties as the new Chairman of NIBM
The Deputy Minister of Vocational Education, Nalin Hewage, handed over the relevant appointment letter to Dr.Gunathilake Tantirigama as the new Chairman of the National Institute of Business Management at the Ministry premises this morning (10), and thereafter the new Chairman commenced his duties at the National Institute of Business Management premises.
